What You’ll Do
Hunt for Opportunities: Work alongside families to search for local job openings that actually make sense for their skills and goals.
Prep for Success: Help folks practice their interview skills, polish up their applications, and build the confidence they need to walk into a room and shine.
Cheer Them On: Be a supportive sounding board and offer practical, real-talk advice to help neighbors overcome the hurdles of job hunting.
What We Look: We are simply looking for encouraging, down-to-earth people who have a genuine heart for seeing others succeed. If you have some practical work experience, love cheering people on, and know how to help someone put their best foot forward, you will fit right in. Come help us give folks the tools and the confidence they need to get back out there!
